{"id":1076,"date":"2025-11-16T06:34:06","date_gmt":"2025-11-16T06:34:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/receitascomamor.p2ms.tn\/?p=1076"},"modified":"2025-11-16T06:34:06","modified_gmt":"2025-11-16T06:34:06","slug":"receita-de-folar-tradicional-de-pascoa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/receitascomamor.servi.tn\/?p=1076","title":{"rendered":"Receita de Folar Tradicional de P\u00e1scoa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n<p>250 g de farinha de trigo<br \/>\n20 g de fermento de padeiro\/levedura<br \/>\n50 ml de leite morno<br \/>\n50 g de a\u00e7\u00facar<br \/>\n40 g de manteiga magra<br \/>\n1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de canela em p\u00f3<br \/>\n1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de erva-doce em p\u00f3<br \/>\n20 ml de aguardente<br \/>\n1 ovo<br \/>\n1 pitadinha de sal<br \/>\n1 ovo cozido + casca de cebola q.b. (para dar cor ao ovo)<br \/>\n1 gema de ovo batida + um pouco de leite (para pincelar)<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p>Num recipiente pequeno coloque o leite morno, adicione o fermento e espere que se dissolva. Em seguida junte 50g de farinha a este preparado e mexa at\u00e9 formar uma massa que se solte da tigela e das m\u00e3os, se for necess\u00e1rio adicione mais um pouco da farinha (mas n\u00e3o aumente a quantidade de farinha mencionada na receita).<\/p>\n<p>Num recipiente largo, coloque a restante farinha e fa\u00e7a um buraco no centro, coloque a\u00ed a massa do fermento. Ao redor desta coloque o a\u00e7\u00facar, a manteiga cortada em cubinhos, a canela, a erva doce, a aguardente e o ovo levemente batido com a pitada de sal.<\/p>\n<p>Amasse tudo muito bem at\u00e9 que a massa se despegue do recipiente. Amasse trazendo a massa para o centro e pressionando-a com a m\u00e3o fechada, esta estar\u00e1 pronta quando se apresentar muito el\u00e1stica e formar algumas bolhas ao amassa-la (se for necess\u00e1rio junte mais um pouco de farinha).<\/p>\n<p>Passe uma ta\u00e7a por \u00e1gua a quente e limpe-a muito bem, coloque l\u00e1 dentro a massa, polvilhe-a com farinha, tape e coloque num local morno (eu coloquei dentro do microondas fechado e desligado). Deixe levedar at\u00e9 duplicar de volume (cerca de duas horas).<\/p>\n<p>Coza o ovo com a casca de cebola, isto far\u00e1 com que a sua casca fique mais escura, ligeiramente acastanhada. Reserve.<\/p>\n<p>Retire um pouco de massa para a decora\u00e7\u00e3o e com a que restar forme uma bola como se faz com o p\u00e3o, alise-a bem e achate-a um pouco. No entro do folar, fa\u00e7a uma covinha e coloque o ovo cozido deitado, fa\u00e7a de modo a que fique bem preso na massa.<\/p>\n<p>Com a massa que reservou fa\u00e7a 2 rolinhos fininhos e compridos que deve colocar, em forma de cruz, sobre o ovo e presos por baixo da base do folar (n\u00e3o os coloque muito justos ou ir\u00e3o marcar o folar quando este crescer no forno). Pincele todo ele com o ovo batido com um pouco de leite.<br \/>\n<!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p>Leve ao forno quente a 200\u00baC durante cerca de 30 minutos. Sendo que, ao fim de 10 minutos de cozedura, deve cobrir o folar com folha de alum\u00ednio para n\u00e3o queimar, a 5 minutos do final, retire o tabuleiro do forno e pincele o folar com uma gema de ovo misturada com um pouco de leite.
