Corte a cebola em rodelas. Deite um fio de azeite num tacho e leve ao lume. Junte a cebola \u00e0s rodelas e o alho finamente picado e deixe cozinha uns 5 minutos em lume brando at\u00e9 a cebola amolecer e ficar transl\u00facida.<\/p>\n<p>2. Junte ent\u00e3o o bacalhau desfiado e deixe cozinhar uns 3 a 4 minutos em lume brando at\u00e9 o bacalhau ficar cozinhado. V\u00e1 juntando o leite aquecido (evita a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de grumos) e v\u00e1 mexendo sempre com uma vara de arames at\u00e9 obter um creme liso e aveludado, com o lume no m\u00ednimo. Tempere com sal , pimenta e noz moscada e retire do lume. Ligue novamente o lume do bacalhau e mexa bem para que aque\u00e7a de forma uniforme e desligue novamente o lume. Envolva o molho bechamel no preparado de bacalhau, deixando um pouco para cobrir o bacalhau no final, e envolva bem.<\/p>\n<p>5. Deite o preparado de bacalhau num tabuleiro de forno e cubra com o restante bechamel.
