A sua forma pr\u00f3pria, cavada ao centro e com os bordos volumosos e fofinhos, faz as del\u00edcias de mi\u00fados e gra\u00fados. Por associa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 forma original destes doces, qualquer filh\u00f3s que fosse preparada com este formato, nas Beiras ou noutras regi\u00f5es do pa\u00eds, passou a ser designada Filh\u00f3s de Joelho.<\/p>\n<p>A sua confe\u00e7\u00e3o faz-nos lembrar os nossos tempos de crian\u00e7a, em que viv\u00edamos intensamente a az\u00e1fama de um Natal tradicional, vendo maravilhados a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o dos doces e dos pratos que iriam compor a mesa da consoada.<\/p>\n<div class=\"google-auto-placed ap_container\"><ins class=\"adsbygoogle adsbygoogle-noablate\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2156995508615197\" data-adsbygoogle-status=\"done\" data-ad-status=\"filled\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"aswift_2_host\"><!--nextpage--><\/div>\n<p><\/ins><\/div>\n<p>Al\u00e9m de serem muito saborosas, estas filh\u00f3s mant\u00e9m-se durante v\u00e1rios dias e, mesmo j\u00e1 durinhas, s\u00e3o \u00f3timas com uma ch\u00e1vena de caf\u00e9. Podem tamb\u00e9m ser congeladas, mantendo a sua forma e textura originais quando forem consumidas.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<p>1 colher (caf\u00e9) de sal<br \/>\n1 kg de farinha de trigo<br \/>\n\u00bd c\u00e1lice de aguardente<br \/>\n250 ml de azeite<br \/>\n10 ovos grandes<br \/>\n30 g de fermento biol\u00f3gico<br \/>\nleite morno q.b.<br \/>\na\u00e7\u00facar e canela p\/ polvilhar<\/p>\n<p>Confe\u00e7\u00e3o:<br \/>\n<!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p>Desfa\u00e7a o fermento num pouco de leite morno e junte um pouco de farinha para formar uma papa. Se necess\u00e1rio, enfarinhe as m\u00e3os para que a massa n\u00e3o se cole. A massa estar\u00e1 pronta quando come\u00e7ar a fazer bolhas.<\/p>\n<p>Deixe levedar cerca de 4 ou 5 horas, num local resguardado de correntes de ar, cobrindo o alguidar com um pano branco e uma manta.
