Descartar o excedente de massa.<\/li>\n<li>Espalhar e alisar o creme de pist\u00e1cio em toda a superf\u00edcie deixando uma margem de 2cm \u00e0 volta.<\/li>\n<li>Espalhar por cima as framboesas e pressionar para ficarem meio enterradas.<\/li>\n<li>Pincelar a margem com a mistura de gema.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar a segunda base de massa folhada do frigor\u00edfico e recortar outro c\u00edrculo ligeiramente maior que o 1\u00ba (cerca de 27cm).<\/li>\n<li>Dispor e centrar o 2\u00ba c\u00edrculo de massa sobre o 1\u00ba e pressionar as extremidades em toda a volta, de forma a selar bem.<\/li>\n<li>Pincelar a superf\u00edcie da galette com ovo batido, evitando pincelar as extremidades e reservar no frigor\u00edfico cerca de 1h.<\/li>\n<li>Pincelar novamente com ovo batido e com as costas de uma faca formar desenhos a gosto.<\/li>\n<li>Fazer um pequeno furo no centro para a liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de vapores.<\/li>\n<li>Reservar no frigor\u00edfico at\u00e9 o forno estar bem quente.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9-aquecer o forno a 200\u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Levar a galette ao forno (no centro) cerca de 35 a 40 minutos at\u00e9 ficar bem dourada.
