Num tacho levei ao lume a refogar o azeite as cebolas e o alhos picados e fui mexendo at\u00e9 alourar um pouco, juntei a carne e o chouri\u00e7o cortado em<\/li>\n<li>rodelas, deixei refogar durante um momento e fui mexendo de vez em quando para n\u00e3o queimar e at\u00e9 a carne ter alourado um pouco.<\/li>\n<li>De seguida juntei o colorau e o vinho branco e deixei cozer at\u00e9 a carne estar tenra ( fui juntando \u00e1gua para n\u00e3o queimar).<\/li>\n<li>Pode cozer-se na panela de press\u00e3o que \u00e9 mais r\u00e1pido.
