Acrescente a manteiga e misture com as m\u00e3os at\u00e9 ficar uma esp\u00e9cie de areia molhada e com alguns peda\u00e7os maiores. Reserve. Junte as natas com o mascarpone e o a\u00e7\u00facar em p\u00f3 numa tigela grande e bata at\u00e9 ficar com a consist\u00eancia de chantilly.<\/li>\n<li>Monte o cheesecake em camadas dentro de copinhos de vidro. Adicione um pouco da bolacha, seguido do creme de mascarpone, do molho e de alguns frutos. Repita o processo s\u00f3 mais uma vez, para formar uma nova camada.<\/li>\n<li>Fa\u00e7a o mesmo para os restantes copinhos. Leve ao frio por 10 a 15 minutos para refrescar um pouco.
