Temperar com a massa de piment\u00e3o, o alho, a folha de louro partida, o azeite, o vinho branco, sal e pimenta. Tapar. Deixar a marinar durante cerca de 1 a 2 horas.<\/li>\n<li>Grelhar as febras.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar as febras num prato.
