Por isso, tomar o suplemento de vitamina D com alimentos que contenham gorduras saud\u00e1veis, como nozes ou iogurte, ajudar\u00e1 o corpo a absorv\u00ea-la muito melhor.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201cA quantidade di\u00e1ria recomendada de vitamina D para adultos entre 19 e 70 anos \u00e9 de 15 mcg, o que equivale a 600 UI ou Unidades Internacionais, uma unidade usada para medir vitaminas. \u00c9 muito comum tomar suplementos de vitamina D, especialmente porque muitos de n\u00f3s n\u00e3o obtemos vitamina D suficiente apenas da luz solar ou da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-3\"><center><\/p>\n<div><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ela disse: \u201cN\u00e3o tome vitamina D em excesso.
